Management

Lynnette Alvarado has served in the assisted living industry for over 10 years. Lynnette has dedicated much of her life to this industry and the residents and families it serves. She started from the ground up, working as a caregiver, then serving as an activity director, later a medication supervisor followed by a family support guide working in care management. She brought her skills and experiences into the marketing role serving as a marketing director and later an assistant director.
Today, Lynnette serves as Executive Director at Wildwood Canyon Villa. “Experiencing every piece of assisted living has brought greater appreciation not only for the residents and families that I serve, but for that dedicated and compassionate staff that make it all happen. My goal is to continue to be an advocate for seniors in assisted living and memory care communities by offering the highest quality of care and support for those in need.”
Candi Hull has been a member of the Yucaipa community for the last 30 years, graduating in 2000 from Redlands Adult School with her LVN.She’s worked with the senior population for 25 years and takes pride in the responsibility of making sure that residents of Wildwood Canyon Villa are treated respectfully and receive consistent, high-quality care. Lori Valdepena has held different positions in the assisted living and memory care industry for the past 13 years. She first started as a caregiver, then worked her way to Manager and Marketing Director before moving on to her current position as Assistant Director. “Wearing many hats,” in the assisted living industry has helped her hone her expertise and to serve the seniors and families of Yucaipa and its surrounding areas. Lori has a particular passion for working with memory care residents and has been involved with caregiver support groups over the last 10 years.
Lori finds her life at Wildwood to be rewarding because of the kindness, knowledge and heart of the community, which was there for her when she was making decisions for her own grandmother who has Alzheimer’s.
